I was fortunate to find Lucia when I went searching for a massage therapist trained in trigger-point therapy. Over the past six years I have relied on her services to help me manage fibromyalgia symptoms. I appreciate that she continues to educate herself, bringing new modalities into her practice that are of effective therapeutic (vs. trendy) value. It is rare to find someone with this range. She is a kind and capable partner in health.
I highly recommend Lucia! She gives a terrific deep tissue massage, the best I have ever had! Her knowledge of the body and of massage therapy techniques allows her to massage deep into the muscles. She also incorporates movement and stretching into her massages. I always leave her table, feeling like a million bucks!
